The sun is out and I’m hungry! We decide to go out to brunch. Susannah’s sister Kh gave us a gift voucher to Honey Cafe in Takapuna when she visited from Canada last year so we go there. It’s not too busy, being a Tuesday, so we get a nice table on the patio. I order the avocado smash which fits my eating regime and Susannah orders the Thai beef noodle dish. It’s been awhile since we’ve been out for brunch so very enjoyable – thanks Kh! 

Afterwards we take a walk along Takapuna beach. This is something we used to do quite regularly so again, very enjoyable. I feel very chill and quite happy. For a short time, I almost forget, but then fatigue overtakes me so we head home.

This one counts as a good day.
