Today is exactly half way through Breast Cancer Awareness Month so I have decided to put my blog out there on Facebook, in groups and with friends. If one person reads my blog and gets something from it; whether they can see a little of themselves in my story, or whether they can just understand someone going through Cancer a bit more clearly, then it’s job done. 

I won’t lie, it is tough thing to actually do. My ego says don’t do it, you’ll look weak, all that crying…. but guess what, I did it anyway. And that is one of my great lessons so far. What am I waiting for? Why do I care what people think of me? 

This is my life. I only get one. No matter how it turns out, the living of it is a gift.
